Your vacation home in Mauritius offers a breathtaking view of the lagoon, surrounded by tropical nature.

Our luxury bioclimatic villas feature large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the lagoon and mountains.

 

The layout is original: the large 55 m² living room, accessible from the entrance, is located on the second floor, maximizing light. It opens onto a vast 60 m² veranda, allowing you to live outdoors all year round and enjoy the magnificent unobstructed view of the lagoon and ocean.
The two en-suite bedrooms on the garden level have direct access to the terrace and private pool.

 

The possible construction of an outbuilding will enable the creation of one or two additional bedrooms and another bathroom, a pool house, a workshop or any other additional room according to the needs and wishes of the owners.

Nomadic Villas

The 14 Nomadic villas are located upstream from Les Terrasses d'Anbalaba, in a verdant setting along an avenue of mango trees and its rivulet. They offer breathtaking views of the lagoon, the ocean and the emblematic Morne Brabant.

Available in two models (Guetali and Rivulet), these villas are bioclimatically designed for a tropical environment. As a result, they guarantee their residents optimum comfort without the need for air conditioning in the living spaces.

These villas perfectly reflect the environmental commitment of our real estate program.

Residents of the Nomadic Villas will automatically be members of the Nomadic Anbalaba resort. They will enjoy privileged access to the ecolodge's restaurant, bar, spa and sports facilities. The Nomadic Anbalaba team will maintain the villas and outdoor areas.
